We’ve added an additional layer of security to your online banking account called Secure Token.
A Secure Token is issued to all customers to use when logging in to your account. Your Secure Token is a device – small enough to fit on your keyring – that offers a unique, one-time use password that changes every 35 seconds for entry into your online banking user account. Each time you log in, you will look at the current numerical code on your Secure Token screen and enter it.
Your Secure Token will help prevent key-logging, an illegal process where cyber criminals install software on your computer for the purpose of stealing information like IDs and passwords.
